Pam Carter
Meet our director Pam Carter. She has been instrumental in establishing GraceBuilt Creative since early 2019. She has worked with teachers and parents as a child care director since 2004. In her free time she loves to beautify and restore furniture, and has created her own Sunday School curriculum called Little Tots for Jesus. Find out more at her Etsy Shop TFJCreations.
Cara Hayes
Cara and her husband moved to the valley in 2018 from Southeast Pennsylvania. She graduated from Cairn University with a bachelor's degree in music education, and she has been teaching elemenatry music in public schools since 2016. She loves helping students discover their creative gifts and instill in them a love of music and the arts. Cara is going to be instrumental in creating the musical "Going to the Circus" that the GraceBuilt Creative Kids will be a part of this summer.

They possess the necessary qualifications and certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Preservice Training, to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in their care. Additionally, they undergo comprehensive background checks, and they receive more than 16 hours of yearly training in child development to stay up to date with the latest knowledge and techniques in their field.
